Phoenix Health & Safety, part of Wilmington plc, seeks a Health & Safety Technical Content Developer to turn complex legislation into accessible learning experiences. You will develop and maintain content across courses, collaborating with product specialists and digital teams to deliver engaging resources.

The role offers hybrid working and an opportunity to shape the future of our health & safety learning portfolio across various audiences and formats.

Qualifications

• A NEBOSH National General Certificate or other NEBOSH certificate-level qualification.
• Experience creating learning content, including structuring content, defining learning outcomes and developing assessment activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and other digital content authoring tools.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly for a diverse audience.
• Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain content underpinning Phoenix's courses and qualifications.
• Research, write and review engaging learning resources across formats.
• Turn complex Health & Safety information into clear, practical learning experiences.
• Quality assure content to meet instructional design, brand and plain-English standards.
• Keep content aligned with current legislation, guidance and syllabus requirements.
• Collaborate with trainers, designers and operational teams to enhance learning materials.
