Job summary

Soho House is seeking aGym Supervisor to oversee daily gym operations and ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for members and guests. You will lead the fitness team, support instructors, and uphold high service standards across facilities.

The role focuses on hands-on supervision, member engagement, and maintaining equipment reliability while promoting a positive, inspiring fitness culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fitness or gym supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of gym equipment and floor operations.
• Good understanding of health & safety with First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities within the gym to ensure a clean, safe, welcoming environment.
• Support and motivate fitness staff to deliver excellent service.
• Monitor gym equipment and report faults promptly for maintenance.
• Lead on the gym floor by guiding members and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and daily checks.
