David Lloyd Clubs in Peterborough is seeking a proactive Gym Supervisor to monitor gym activities and create outstanding member experiences 7 days a week. You will lead the Personal Training team and actively contribute as a gym team member, with opportunities to deliver Personal Training and a variety of classes.

The role emphasises customer service, fitness industry experience, and a Level 3 CIMSPA qualification, supporting our members to achieve their goals while thriving in a vibrant club

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification required.
• Experience in the fitness industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• As Gym Supervisor, oversee gym activities and ensure a fabulous member experience.
• Lead and manage the Personal Training team and participate in delivering Personal Training.
• Deliver classes where required and support members in achieving their goals.
