Job summary

Apave UK Ltd. is recruiting IRATA Level 3 technicians for offshore wind projects across the UK. The role requires GWO qualifications (5 basic modules), GWO Enhanced First Aid, GWO Slinger/Signaller, and OEUK Medical & Chester Step.

Start dates begin mid-late April with long-term project opportunities and 14-day rotations. Accommodation is provided and LTD Co. contractors are offered placement on multiple offshore sites.

Qualifications

• IRATA Level 3 certification is mandatory.
• GWO qualifications (5 basic modules) are mandatory.
• GWO Enhanced First Aid is mandatory.
• GWO Slinger/Signaller certification is mandatory.
• OEUK – Medical & Chester Step is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Work on offshore wind projects across the UK coastlines.
• Participate in long-term project opportunities with rotating schedules.
• Operate as an IRATA Level 3 technician in challenging offshore environments.
• Maintain compliance with safety and training requirements throughout projects.
• Accommodation is provided and LTD contractors are supported in placement.

Job description

Apave UK is gearing up for a number of offshore wind projects throughout 2026, with work taking place across both the east and west coasts of the UK. We’re looking for experienced IRATA Level 3 technicians who meet the criteria below and are ready for long‑term project opportunities.

Mandatory,

• IRATA Level 3
• GWO Qualifications (5 Basic modules)
• GWO Enhanced First Aid
• GWO Slinger/Signaller
• OEUK - Medical & Chester Step

Advantageous,

• Painting Experience (ICorr/Nace)
• GUS (Get up Safe) Training
• GWO Advanced Rescue

Additional Details,

• Start dates are as early as mid-late April running through-out the year.
