We are seeking a talented individual to join our Broking team at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in London. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

Join our Graduate Programme for an exciting start to your career at Guy Carpenter. The programme combines structured learning with hands-on training in our broking teams, with exposure to Analytics, Strategic Advisory, Strategy, and Client Support Services, providing a comprehensive understanding of the reinsurance broking industry.

What can you expect:

• Participate in a 2-year programme while working towards an Advanced CII professional insurance qualification through a Level 6 Senior Insurance Practitioner apprenticeship, supported and funded by an approved training provider.
• Immerse yourself in the Broking side of the business, aligned with a Broking team in one of our core areas (Facultative and International).
• Within our Global Specialties business, roles are hybrid with broking and analytics. You will be matched to an appropriate area during our selection process.
• Enjoy a competitive salary with performance-based increases every 6 months.
• Develop a thorough understanding of insurance and reinsurance markets while building industry contacts.
• Support client teams with data verification, slip drafting, and reporting.
• Analyse client data to present risk management solutions and prepare proposals and presentations for client meetings.

What you need to have:

• A minimum of a 2:1 degree or be on track to achieve this.
• English and Mathematics GCSE (Minimum Grade 4).
• Right to Work in the UK (no Visa sponsorship available).
