We are seeking a talented individual to join our Apprenticeship Programme. This role will be based in London. It is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.

Our Programme:

• 16-Month Level 3 Apprenticeship: Starts October 2025, fully supported by Davies Learning Solutions.
• Integrated Learning: An 18-month program combining study with hands-on experience.
• Full-Time Role: A permanent position with a competitive salary.
• Comprehensive Training: Insights into Guy Carpenter and the industry through various training events, networking, and support.
• Skill Development: Dedicate 20% of your work time to developing relevant skills and knowledge.
• Various Roles Available: Join Client Support Services, focusing on technical reinsurance claims and premium processing.

Responsibilities:

• Understand how Guy Carpenter (GC) meets client needs and the principles of risk, insurance, and reinsurance.
• Gain practical experience handling various business situations.
• Build a network with trainees, alumni, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to departmental targets and KPIs while managing workloads.
• Research solutions to issues for optimal outcomes.
• Maintain relationships with colleagues and clients, supporting meetings and projects.

Minimum Requirements:

• 96 UCAS points at A-Level or equivalent (BTEC, T-LEVEL, etc.). Applicants at A-Level should enter n/a in the degree field to bypass this section.
• 5 GCSEs at Grades 9–4, including English & Maths.
• Right to Work in the UK.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong desire to succeed through relationship building and communication.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills, with strong analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in IT, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
