Job summary

The Ivy Collection is looking for a Bar Supervisor to oversee bar operations in the absence of the Bar Manager in our Guildford venue. You will manage stock, place orders, and ensure the highest standard of service and product quality.

We seek a team player with 1+ years’ experience, capable of training staff and working under pressure to deliver exceptional guest experiences. We offer a caring, inclusive environment within our expanding brand.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in Bar Supervisor or similar role.
• Ability to work under pressure to deliver service excellence.
• Strong teamwork and commitment to guest care.

Key elements of your role

as Bar Supervisor: You willoversee bar operations in the absence of the Bar Manager. Bar Supervisor responsibilities include managing stock, serving guests, placing stock orders, and ensuring product quality. You will assist in the training of all employees, ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with the maximum efficiency and in the most productive manner. They make sure customers receive the best service possible, upholding a constant level of staff productivity.

You have at least 1+ years’ experience in this role and are solution-driven, working well under pressure. You pride yourself on your professional approach to service excellence and you are a real team player.
