Job summary

PwC UK is seeking experienced data leaders to drive Guidewire data transformations for insurers, leading design and delivery of data platforms such as DataHub, InfoCenter and CDA within Guidewire Cloud environments.

You will partner with business, technology and architecture teams across Policy, Claims, Billing and Customer domains to deliver scalable, cloud-based analytics and governance through large-scale programmes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Guidewire data solutions.
• Strong enterprise data architecture and ETL design skills.
• Experience leading data workstreams in Guidewire Cloud transformations.
• Knowledge of insurance data domains: Policy, Claims, Billing, Customer.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of Guidewire data solutions across DataHub, InfoCenter, CDA, and related platforms.
• Define scalable data architectures and cloud-based patterns aligned to Guidewire and enterprise standards.
• Oversee data migration, ETL development, and data modelling within large-scale programmes.
• Establish data governance, quality, security and lineage controls.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders and technology teams to shape data strategies.
• Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary delivery teams.
