PwC UK is seeking a Guidewire Technical Lead to drive implementation, configuration, and optimisation of Guidewire solutions in London. You will lead technical design, mentor analysts, and coordinate across stakeholders to deliver robust insurance applications.

The role requires deep Guidewire module experience, strong insurance-process knowledge, and a proactive leadership style to ensure value in each release and alignment with best practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Guidewire implementations (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter).
• Strong understanding of insurance processes and translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with Agile and Waterfall.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of Technical analysts.
• Background in business process reengineering or change management.

Responsabilités

• Lead the technical design of Guidewire solutions across multiple workstreams.
• Oversee configuration of Guidewire modules and ensure alignment with requirements.
• Collaborate with business users, PMs and technical teams to gather requirements.
• Provide escalation point for technical issues and coordinate cross-team resolution.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and process flows.
