Job summary

MBDA is offering a Guidance, Control and Navigation Engineer graduate programme for 2027 in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on developing skills across guidance, control, navigation and command/control within missile systems.

Participants will work on autopilot design, trajectory planning and data fusion while learning from experienced engineers. Salary starts at £31,900 with a £3,000 joining bonus and a 2-year programme with on-site work 5 days a week.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physics, Mathematical Sciences, Engineering or Computing to a 2:2 minimum.
• Understanding of control, navigation, and guidance concepts is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support guidance, control and navigation engineering activities across the graduate programme.
• Assist in design, testing and integration of algorithms for missile guidance and control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to learn propulsion, aerodynamics, seekers and sensors.
• Utilise MATLAB/SIMULINK for modelling and analysis.
