Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, empty trash, restock amenities.
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean mirrors for a neat appearance.
• Sanitize surfaces thoroughly for hygiene maintenance.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries.
• Promptly report maintenance issues or damages.
• Follow supervisor instructions and safety protocols.
• Ensure the security of guest rooms and guest privacy.
• Provide professional and respectful service and respond to guest requests promptly.
