Job summary

HotelCare are looking for dedicated Room Attendants to maintain immaculate guest rooms across our hotel operations in the UK. You will work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort, with a focus on privacy and safety.

The role offers flexible hours (0–40 per week) with some weekend work, on-site training and progression opportunities. A positive, can-do attitude and reliability are essential to thrive in this team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within hospitality is preferred.
• Made to achieve high cleanliness and safety standards in guest rooms.
• Ability to work 0–40 hours per week, including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, empty bins and restock amenities.
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets and clean mirrors.
• Sanitize surfaces to maintain hygiene.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly.
• Follow supervisor instructions and safety protocols.
• Ensure guest room security and privacy.
• Provide professional and respectful service to guests.
