Job summary

Compass Group UK & Ireland in Milton Keynes is seeking a friendly Customer Service Assistant (Zero Hours) to join Kents Hill Park's restaurant, bar and events teams. You will deliver warm, efficient food and beverage service across hospitality spaces, support setup and ensure accuracy in tills and stock checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, customer service, events, or bars.
• Friendly, positive and approachable personality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service across restaurant, bar and events.
• Serve food and beverages to guests during service.
• Assist with setup of restaurant areas, buffets, and function rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in service areas.
• Assist in till operation and cash handling.
• Support stock takes and wastage recording as required.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the venue to ensure guest satisfaction.
