Job summary

Chartwells Independent in Milton Keynes is seeking a Customer Service Assistant (Zero Hours) to deliver friendly and efficient food and beverage service across restaurant, bar and events at Kents Hill Park. The role requires flexibility to work across shifts, including weekends, with a competitive hourly rate and extensive benefits.

You will support setup, assist guests, and maintain high standards of hygiene and customer care in a busy hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service across restaurant, bar and hospitality areas.
• Serve food and beverages to guests during service.
• Support set-up of restaurant areas, buffets, coffee stations and function rooms.
• Maintain clean, stocked service areas and bar.
• Operate the till accurately and process payments.
• Support stock takes and recording of sales and wastage.
