Premier Inn Belfast City Centre (Cathedral Quarter) is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, assist with check-in, and help serve breakfast or dinner. You’ll contribute to a smooth stay and support guests throughout their visit.

This permanent, on-site role offers 18 guaranteed hours per week, with pay up to £13.06 per hour. No hotel experience is required; friendly, calm individuals will be trained and welcomed to a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Friendly, customer-facing attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to stay calm and helpful during busy periods.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals.
