Premier Inn in Redditch North (A441) is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. This part-time role offers 25 hours weekly with pay up to £13.06 per hour. You’ll welcome guests, assist with check-in, serve breakfast or dinner, and help guests have a smooth stay.

Shifts include evenings, weekends and busy periods. Full training and ongoing support are provided, with opportunities to grow within Premier Inn.

• Ability to serve breakfast or dinner when required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas clean and presentable
• Support teammates across the hotel when it’s busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
