ABM UK is seeking friendly Guest Services colleagues for the Cotswold Designer Outlet. The role is a 25-hour weekly, Wednesday through Sunday, with a starting pay of £13.45 per hour.

You will welcome guests, provide directions, handle inquiries by phone and email, and help create memorable experiences in a busy retail environment. Join a team that values a confident, proactive approach, flexible learning, and collaboration across the centre.

• Welcome guests and residents, promoting an inclusive environment.
• Provide knowledge of Cotswolds Shopping Centre and surrounding areas.
• Communicate with guests via telephone and email.
• Support with events and day-to-day centre operations.
• Report safety or maintenance concerns as required.
• Liaise with departments and brand partners to assist guests.
• Provide assistance to guests with disabilities and additional needs.

SHIFT PATTERN: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 25 hours a week

PAY RATW: £13.45 per hour

• Promote a welcoming and inclusive environment for Guests,residentsand colleagues
• Confidently provide knowledge ofCotswolds Shopping Centreand surrounding areas
• Professionally communicate with guests through telephone and email
• Participate andassistwith all Centre events
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, whatever the weather
• Be observant and report any safety or maintenance concerns
• Liaison with other departments and brand partners
• Provide support for Guests with disabilities andadditionalneeds, showing sensitivity and respect
• Be willing to learn, adapt and take on new training as needed
• Follow the Lost & Found property, Child Safety procedures and be vigilant in all handover communications
