Job summary

Whitbread is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member in Weston-super-Mare (Seafront) Premier Inn. You’ll welcome guests, help with check-in and serve breakfast or dinner, ensuring guests have a smooth stay. No hotel experience required; friendly, helpful nature and ability to stay calm during busy times are valued.

Contract is fixed-term until 10/09/2026 with 25 guaranteed hours per week. Pay is up to £13.06 per hour, location at Beach Rd, Weston-super-Mare, BS23 1TT.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or retail experience not required.
• Friendly disposition and willingness to help guests.
• Ability to stay calm and organised during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner services.
• Answer questions and help resolve issues for guests.
• Keep reception, dining and public areas tidy and welcoming.
