Job summary

Welcome Break in Corley is seeking a Customer Service Team Member for flexible full-time or part-time hours with an immediate start. You can earn up to £12.85 per hour, plus £1 meals on every shift.

You will be the friendly face greeting customers on the move, helping them find what they need and maintaining clean seating and back-of-house areas. Full training is provided to learn new skills and support career progression within the team.

Qualifications

• Welcomes customers with a smile and helps them quickly and confidently.
• Keeps seating areas and back-of-house clean and tidy.
• Follows food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards, completing checks and cleaning tasks as trained, and escalating customer issues when needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and help them quickly and confidently.
• Keep the customer seating areas and back-of-house clean and tidy throughout your shift (including tables, counters, floors and toilets where required)
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards, completing checks and cleaning tasks as trained, and escalating customer issues when needed.
