Job summary

Center Parcs is seeking a Guest Services Assistant at Woburn Forest. You’ll welcome guests, check them in, answer questions by phone and in person, and help with activity bookings while maintaining a friendly, helpful presence on site.

The role is part‑time with shifts from 8:00 to 22:00, and a minimum 60 hours across a 4‑week cycle. Training and career development are provided in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, confident and clear when communicating.
• Comfortable with booking systems (or happy to learn).
• Calm under pressure and quick to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Checking guests in and welcoming them to the village.
• Answering questions by phone and in person.
• Logging maintenance issues and helping with activity bookings.
