Job summary

Baxterstorey is seeking a friendly and efficient Guest Service Ambassador to join our team in Leeds, United Kingdom. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in our food service operations.

The role requires experience in admin, reception, and event bookings; handling orders and cash; and a passion for hospitality. You will greet customers, assist with dining, and support events while following food safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and processing transactions
• Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is desirable but not essential
• Enthusiasm for delivering high-quality service and creating positive customer experiences

Responsibilities
