Job summary

Fogo de Chão is hiring a Guest Service Representative to lead shifts on the restaurant floor and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will coach teammates, uphold high service standards and help drive the guest journey with warmth and professionalism.

The role is 35 hours per week, with a base hourly rate of £12.90 plus approx. £7.00 per hour in tron, reflecting a strong total rewards package in a dynamic hospitality environment.

The total package advertised is inclusive of a £12.90 hourly rate plus approximately £7.00 per hour in tronc.

More about the role

As a Guest Service Representative, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, leading shifts and ensuring exceptional guest experiences are delivered consistently. Working alongside the team, you will coach and support colleagues, maintain high operational standards and respond confidently to the needs of the business as they arise.

Reporting to the Senior Leadership team, you will help create a positive, high-performing culture while ensuring service runs smoothly, standards are upheld and every guest leaves with a memorable impression of Fogo de Chão.

This is a 35-hour contract based on an annual average, meaning your weekly hours may vary throughout the year to meet the needs of the business.
