Fogo de Chão in the United Kingdom invites you to join as a Kitchen Assistant in Edinburgh. You will help prepare ingredients, cook and serve dishes to our brand standards across sections of the kitchen, and keep the Market Table stocked and presented for every service.

Training is provided, with a welcoming team, a positive attitude, and opportunities for ongoing development as we grow our brand across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or kitchen support is preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist cooking across kitchen sections.
• Serve dishes to brand standards and maintain presentation.
• Ensure Market Table is stocked, fresh and well presented.

The advertised wage is inclusive of a basic hourly rate of £12.76, plus anticipated tronc of approximately £4.70 per hour.

More about the role

As a Kitchen Assistant, you'll play an important part in delivering a seamless kitchen operation by preparing ingredients, cooking and serving dishes to our brand standards across different sections of the kitchen, and ensuring the Market Table is fully stocked, fresh and beautifully presented throughout service. You'll help ensure everything is in place so the team can deliver an exceptional experience for every guest.
