Job summary

Moxy London, part of Europe’s largest Moxy Hotel brand, is seeking a Guest Service Agent (Crew Member) to bring energy and personality to the front desk and lobby.

You'll check guests in, mix drinks, and ensure smooth service across shifts, including evenings and weekends, with opportunities to grow in a fun, fast-paced environment in London.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, front desk, or F&B a bonus—but not essential.
• A positive attitude and love for people.
• Great multitasking and communication skills.
• Ready to work flexible shifts (including evenings and weekends).
