Job summary

Hiddenwell is seeking a Guest Sales Specialist at Head Office, Moreton-in-Marsh, to handle inquiries, process bookings and enhance guest experiences.

The role requires evenings, weekends and holiday availability in a 7-day operation, with a PMS background and basic Excel. A hospitality background and a proactive approach are desirable for driving sales.

Salary Range: £26,353.17 - £35,953.17 (inclusive of
commission)

About the Role

As Guest Sales
Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for all new and existing
customers and will be responsible for managing incoming inquiries, processing
bookings, and maintaining high standards of customer service to drive sales and enhance guest experiences

Key Responsibilities include

• Handling all incoming inquiries and
  reservation calls professionally
• Processing bookings, schedule
  treatments, and guest dining arrangements
• Sending out booking confirmations
  and relevant documents promptly
• Maintaining efficiency and accuracy
  in all tasks, adhering to quality standards
• Driving sales and improve guest
  reservations
• Striving to meet and exceed monthly
  sales targets
• Assisting other areas of the
  Central Reservations department as needed

Additional Information

• Competitive commission structure with average
  on-target earnings of £800 per month
• Full-time role: 40 hours per week.
• Shifts: 0745-1615hrs / 0845-1715hrs /
  0945-1825hrs
• Rolling shift pattern, including a 6-day
  working week, a 5-day working week and a 4-day working week
• Applicants must have the legal right to work in
