Job summary

Hiddenwell is seeking a Guest Sales Specialist in Moreton-in-Marsh to be the primary contact for new and existing guests, handling inquiries, processing bookings and ensuring outstanding service to drive sales.

You will manage reservations, schedule treatments and dining, send confirmations promptly, and maintain high accuracy and efficiency. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a 7-day operation.

• Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Salary Range: £27,500 - £37,000 per annum (inclusive of commission)

About the Role

As Guest Sales Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for all new and existing customers and will be responsible for managing incoming inquiries, processing bookings, and maintaining high standards of customer service to drive sales and enhance guest experiences

Additional Information

• Competitive commission structure with average on-target earnings of £800 per month
• Full-time role:40 hours per week
• Shifts: 0745-1615hrs / 0845-1715hrs / 0945-1825hrs
• Rolling shift pattern, including a 6-day working week, a 5-day working week and a 4-day working week
