Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Handy Person and Painter/Decorator to help maintain guest rooms and public areas, delivering warm, memorable experiences that reflect the light and hospitality of the Hilton brand. You’ll perform daily repairs, carpet cleaning, and painting tasks while ensuring safety and quality across floors and corridors.

Qualifications

• Perform room maintenance and repairs in guest rooms and corridors.
• Manage inventory of replacement items for guest rooms and corridors.
• Identify and report health or safety issues on guest floors.

Responsibilities

• Perform room maintenance: complete daily repairs and maintenance tasks, including carpet cleaning and floor polishing, to ensure guest rooms and hallways are in proper working order
• Manage inventory: maintain appropriate stock levels of replacement items for guest rooms and corridors
• Ensure safety compliance: identify and report any health or safety issues found on guest floors
• Support special projects: assist with ad hoc maintenance tasks and departmental projects as needed
