Job summary

Iconic Luxury Hotels is seeking a Linen Porter for its luxury London properties, 11 Cadogan Gardens Hotel and The Chelsea Townhouse. You will work with the housekeeping team to manage linen deliveries, stock control, and delivery of clean linen while assisting Floor Housekeepers and Room Attendants.

Responsibilities

• Receive linen deliveries while ensuring correct stock is delivered and assist with monthly stock check.
• Ensure uniforms are correctly sent to cleaning, checking and amending delivery labels as requested by company standards.
• Deliver clean linen and collect dirty linen for all hotel areas; assist Floor Housekeepers and Room Attendants when required.
• Manage the linen cupboards stockage, anticipate daily needs by being proactive and interactive to obtain turnover information.
• Complete any additional day-to-day duties as requested by the Head Housekeeper.

What will you be doing?

• Receive linen deliveries whilst ensuring the correct stock is delivered, assistingin the monthly stock check
• Ensure all uniforms are correctly sent to cleaning, checking and ammending delivery labels as requested by the company standards
• You will be dilligent in delivering clean and collect dirty linen for all areas of the hotel; assisting the Floor Housekeepers and Room attendannts when required.
• To be in charge of the correct stockage of the linen cupboards, anticipating the needs of the day by being proactive and interactive in Obtaining the room turnover required information
• You will be required to complete any additional day to day duties as requested by the Head Housekeeper
