Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms
• Vacuum rooms and corridors
• Change and replenish bed linen, towels and guest amenities
• Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks
• Restock and maintain the trolley daily
• Report missing or damaged items and ensure replacement
• Ensure all equipment in and around rooms is in working condition
• Be environmentally aware and dispose of waste properly
• Manage guest requests promptly
• Comply with security, fire regulations and health and safety legislation
• Carry out lost property procedures
• Assist other departments and maintain good working relationships
