Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guest bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, make beds, and ensure a spotless space.
• Carry out vacuuming, dusting, polishing, mopping, and lifting items like duvets.
• Note guest preferences and requests to personalise stays (e.g., firm pillows, cot setup).
• Maintain knowledge of safe chemical handling and cleaning equipment use.
• Follow health and safety procedures for waste handling and manual tasks.
