Job summary

HotelCare is recruiting for a Room Attendant role to uphold impeccable cleanliness in guest rooms across hotels. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high standards of service, and supporting guests with their needs while maintaining security and privacy.

Experience in hospitality is preferred; the role offers on-site training and opportunities for progression within the company’s hotel care network. A flexible schedule and weekend work are included where required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar housekeeping/room attendant role is preferred.
• Physical ability to lift, bend and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, empty trash and restock amenities.
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets and clean mirrors.
• Sanitize surfaces for hygiene maintenance.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries.
• Promptly report maintenance issues or damages.
• Follow supervisor instructions and safety protocols.
• Ensure security of guest rooms and guest privacy.
• Provide professional and respectful service and respond to guest requests.
