Job summary

HotelCare are seeking a diligent Room Attendant to uphold high cleanliness standards across our hotels nationwide. You will clean guest rooms, restock amenities and ensure guest privacy.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, stand for extended periods.
• Commitment to delivering high guest satisfaction and service.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, empty bins and restock amenities.
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean mirrors for a neat appearance.
• Sanitize surfaces for hygiene maintenance.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly.
• Follow supervisor instructions and safety protocols.
• Ensure room security and guest privacy.
• Provide professional and respectful service to guests and respond to requests promptly.
