Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality preferred.
• Ability to lift, stand for long periods and perform manual tasks.
• Good attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Reliable and flexible to work weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, empty bins and restock amenities.
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean mirrors.
• Sanitize surfaces and maintain hygiene throughout rooms.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and follow safety protocols.
• Ensure guest room security and privacy; respond to requests promptly.
