Your Role as Guest Relations Officer

You will be responsible for ensuring maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt attention to our VIP guests from arrival to departure. Your role includes ensuring VIPs and members receive all benefits, and providing special recognition and service to repeat guests and other VIPs.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Additional language skills are an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask effectively
