As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests, assisting with reservations, local recommendations, and special requests to ensure a seamless experience.

As Guest Relations Host, your responsibilities include:

• Providing a delightful and playful guest experience aligned with our brand
• Offering personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and attractions
• Engaging with guests in public areas to meet their needs
• Supporting check-in and check-out processes
• Collaborating with the Guest Relations team for seamless service
• Assisting with F&B duties and hotel amenities
• Recording guest preferences and feedback
