Responsibilities

• Provide a prompt, polite and warm welcome to all visitors.
• Anticipate clients' needs and ensure expectations are met.
• Be a visible, customer-focused professional greeting and engaging with visitors.
• Provide a consistent professional service at all times.
• Communicate visitor arrivals to the relevant person promptly.
• Maintain a high level of security awareness and perform patrols/inspections as instructed.
• Use communications equipment proficiently and maintain health & safety compliance.
• Ensure no unauthorized persons enter restricted areas.
• Issue visitor passes using approved procedures and maintain incident records.
