Job summary

LGH Hotels Management Limited is seeking a Housekeeping Team Member for the Holiday Inn London - Sutton. You will help create a clean, welcoming environment for guests, cleaning guest rooms and public areas and maintaining high standards throughout shifts.

You will work calmly and efficiently to strict timeframes, report damages promptly, and support a cooperative team. The role includes on-site duties at the Sutton hotel with access to staff perks and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest bedrooms and public areas to company standards within allocated timeframes.
• Follow agreed cleaning and presentation standards for all room categories.
• Report any damages, maintenance issues or breakages promptly to ensure repairs can be carried out.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in linen rooms, cupboards and working areas.
• Return all cleaning equipment to designated storerooms at the end of each shift.
• Work safely and responsibly, following hygiene and health & safety guidelines.
• Contribute positively to the team by working cooperatively and reliably.
• Free meals on duty and free parking are provided as perks.
