Job summary

Whitbread PLC's Premier Inn in Inverness is seeking a Hotel Team Member to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-ins, and serve breakfast or dinner. You’ll help guests throughout their stay and contribute to keeping the hotel areas tidy and welcoming.

The role offers a permanent contract with 25 guaranteed hours per week, shifts including evenings and weekends, and no prior hotel experience is required. Training is provided and you can develop further within the Whitbread group.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
