Splendid Hospitality Group is seeking a part-time Food Service & Kitchen Team Member at Holiday Inn Express - London Gatwick-Crawley. The role covers front-of-house and kitchen support, with a focus on friendly service and safety across all duties.

You will welcome guests, take orders, maintain menu knowledge and assist with stock, deliveries, and food prep, while upholding high cleanliness standards in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Deliver friendly, efficient service while supporting both food & beverage service and kitchen operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across kitchen and dining areas.
• Knowledge of menus, recipes and allergens; provide accurate information.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and guide through menus, take orders, and deliver attentive service.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menus, allergens and promotions.
• Support daily outlet and kitchen operations, including opening/closing, food prep, plating and service.
• Receive, check and store deliveries, assist with stock rotation and food temperature checks.
• Keep areas clean and safe, adapting to operational needs.
