Splendid Hospitality Group in Crawley is looking for a dedicated Food & Beverage Team Member to join the Holiday Inn Express Gatwick Crawley. You will deliver friendly, knowledgeable service, guide guests through menus, share promotions and ensure a welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Role involves shifts including lone-working on some shifts, 18+ requirement, and a strong focus on allergens, safety and cleanliness. Competitive hourly rate of £13.21 with full-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and guide them through the menu and specials
• Be fully knowledgeable about allergens in dishes and drinks
• Communicate F&B promotions to guests when appropriate
• Support daily outlet operations including opening/closing, taking orders, serving, and cleanliness
• Uphold high standards of customer service, hygiene, and safety
