Job summary

Haven Holidays is seeking energetic Fast Food Team Members to join our on-site catering team. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare and serve tasty takeaway meals in a fast-paced environment, and help ensure a smooth customer experience.

Experience in fast food or retail is a plus but not essential; we provide full training. You should be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and be comfortable handling cash and payments while maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience - friendly, approachable and ready to help guests.
• Familiarity with basic food preparation.
• Attention to detail, particularly when handling food orders and cash transactions.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests, take orders, and answer menu questions.
• Prepare and assemble food, following brand recipes and quality standards.
• Pack and serve orders quickly and correctly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Efficiently process payments, and handle transactions.
• Maintain a clean, stocked workspace and follow food safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
