Boundary Outlet's coffee shop is looking for a friendly Coffee Shop Assistant to create a warm atmosphere while preparing orders and keeping the space spotless. You will greet customers, take payments, and ensure every visit is memorable.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, communication, and teamwork in a busy environment. Full training is provided and prior coffee shop experience is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, snacks, and light meals to a high standard.

• Maintain cleanliness across the coffee shop, including tables, counters and equipment.
• Assist with restocking and organising supplies as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and accommodating requests.
• A friendly, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for customer service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, particularly in food preparation and hygiene standards.
• Previous experience in a coffee shop or hospitality setting is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
