Imad’s Syrian Kitchen in London is seeking a friendly Server to welcome guests, take orders, and deliver food and drinks with professionalism.

You will answer questions about the menu, work with a fast-paced team, maintain clean dining areas, and help set up and close the restaurant. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays encouraged.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, positive attitude with passion for hospitality.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Engage with guests to ensure a positive dining experience and address concerns.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about ingredients, dietary restrictions, and specials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and serving stations.
• Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant as required.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
