Job summary

Apex Hotels in Glasgow is seeking a Self-Checking Room Attendant to maintain immaculate guest rooms and uphold brand standards. You will be responsible for cleaning bedrooms and bathrooms, changing linen, vacuuming, polishing, and dusting, while engaging with guests to create memorable experiences.

On a structured 12-week learning journey from day one, you will gain the skills and confidence to deliver a warmer welcome and outstanding service across the housekeeping team.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping and guest service preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in high cleanliness standards.
• Customer‑facing attitude with ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms to high standards (change linen, vacuum, polish, dust).
• Engage with guests to promote loyalty and memorable experiences.
