Bella Italia Bolton is seeking a General Manager who leads from the front, delivering exceptional guest experiences and acting as the face of the restaurant in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will drive performance to meet and exceed brand and restaurant goals, while inspiring and developing your team into a motivated, high‑performing unit. You’ll ensure safety, compliance and smooth operations across the site, supporting growth across The Big Table Group brands.
