Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in hospitality is desirable but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in a efficient and pleasant manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
• Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
