Job summary

Crowne Plaza Harrogate is seeking an occasional worker to help keep bedrooms immaculate and guest-facing standards high. You’ll work behind the scenes to ensure our rooms are nothing but perfection, with a focus on cleanliness and meeting tight deadlines.

The role involves interacting with guests, delivering strong service, and adapting to a variety of shifts across seven days. We offer apprenticeships, brand training, staff discounts, and opportunities for career growth.

Occasional worker agreement - £12.71 per hour

Customer service is key, interacting with guests daily, your job is to make first impressions count. You will have high standards in terms of cleanliness and strive to meet tight deadlines.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
