Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to join our Defence team on a full-time basis (36 hours per week). You will be the face of our service, delivering exceptional customer experiences while upholding our brand and standards.

Shifts are designed around 5 out of 7 days, with a focus on delivering personalised service, menu knowledge, and teamwork within a busy environment in defence settings. You will help maintain food hygiene and health and safety compliance across operations.

• Greeting and looking after guests so they go home delighted.
