Job summary

Crowne Plaza Leeds is seeking a friendly Food and Beverage Assistant to join our guest‑facing team. You will help deliver a memorable dining experience, maintain service standards and assist across food and beverage operations.

You'll need good communication, the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and a flexible approach to shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Prior hospitality experience is welcome but not essential. We offer a competitive salary and staff rewards.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in a pleasant manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, ensuring health and safety standards."
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
• Support the Food and Beverage team with setup, clearing tables, restocking supplies and inventory tasks.
• Assist in coordination and execution of events and functions.
• Ensure areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
