Job summary

Crowne Plaza Nottingham is seeking a friendly Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team on an occasional worker basis. You’ll help deliver memorable dining experiences and support the F&B team with service, setup, and guest care.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, ensuring health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Support the F&B team in setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies and inventory management.
• Assist in coordinating events and functions.
• Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
